These Terms of Service govern your use of bloompadel.com and any purchase made through it. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.

3. Products, Pricing Errors & Availability

We may modify or discontinue products at any time. Product images are illustrative. We work to keep descriptions, prices, and availability accurate, but errors can occur. If we discover a pricing or description error affecting an order you have placed, we will contact you before dispatch and offer the choice of confirming the order at the correct price or cancelling it for a full refund.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in GBP (£) and include applicable UK taxes. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. An order is confirmed and processed once payment has cleared.

5. Shipping

We ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only. Handling time is 1–2 business days, and standard delivery takes 3–5 business days after dispatch. Full details are set out in our Shipping Policy.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions in our Return & Refund Policy. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 2 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. Nothing in these terms or in our Return & Refund Policy affects your statutory rights, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 in relation to faulty goods.

7. Intellectual Property

The content on this site — including text, logos, layouts, images, and product photography — is the property of Bloom Padel or its licensors (including AMA Sport) and may not be reproduced or used without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of this site or purchase of products, and our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the value of that order.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any matter for which liability cannot be excluded under UK law. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts of your home nation.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms to reflect operational or legal changes. Updates take effect when posted on this page and apply to orders placed after that date. Changes do not affect orders already placed.
